Gold Coast Region :: Funding Opportunities

The Network for a Healthy California— Gold Coast Region designates a portion of their Network funds to award mini-grants and administer a mini-grant program in the region.

The Gold Coast Region Mini grants program provides two mini-grants up to $4,000 (per grant) per Federal Fiscal Year.  Mini-grants awarded are based on recommendations from the Region’s mini-grant review team, which includes Regional Collaborative members, Local Incentive Awardees, and campaign and program staff to ensure absence of conflict of interest.

Mini-grants awarded support the nutrition education and physical activity promotion efforts in the region, expand and strengthen partnerships, advance and support nutrition education initiatives and must serve SNAP-eligible populations.

Mini-Grant Request for Proposals for FFY 2012 is now closed.
