The
Network for
a Healthy California— Physical Activity
Integration Program is
a public health initiative lead by
the
California Department of Public
Health, administered by the
Public Health Institute, and
funded by
USDA SNAP, known in California as
CalFresh.
Its purpose is to assist
Regional Networks, The
Fruit and Vegetables Campaigns,
Local
Incentive Award Programs,
Faith-based programs, Food Security
Initiatives, and other Special
Projects and partners to integrate
Physical Activity into nutrition
education efforts and programs.
